nce upon a time we had stayed in a penthouse in the Reef hotel on Waikiki Beach. When we decided to come back to Waikiki, we did a lot of research and came up with 1444 which was equivalent to what we were exactly looking for. The condo was just as the photos portrayed only the real beauty came from having the windows open to let the hawaiian breeze come in or sitting out on the lanais and enjoying all of the beauty. The kitchen was great along with the good size table for eating. Would we stay there again? Absolutely. I have already started to refer others to this condo. This is honestly the best place to stay, hands down!!! Thank you for making this condo available and keeping it well maintained!!! It was beautiful!!
Ilikai 1444 - Awesome unit. We have stayed at the Ilikai for the last 8 years. This is the 1st time through the Waikiki Beach Rentals. Overall...it has been a successful trip. The Unit itself was 5 stars....only hiccup was the TV....but the TV at all the Ilikai units have been spotty.....most due to the remote controls or not have the TV set to the right input ....but that definitely wasn't a show stopper. Always have gotten the beach view....and never get old. The condos at the Ilikai are way cheaper than those at Ko Olina mega resort that starts with A. I'm also a Disney vacation member, and during the summer when we stay in Ko Olina....it runs me around $7-8k for a Villa. Here at the Ilikai it's only $2,5-3k for the same time period, and better location than that of Ko Olina area. Keep in mind when picking a unit.....the sun hits the Beach/Ocean rooms around 9am.....so it warms the place up a bit.....but who kicks it in their rooms, during the day? 1444 unit has 3 A/c units, 2 flat screen TV, full size kitchen with all the plates,Cups, Pans, and etc....coffee maker/rice maker as well. Two balconies with tables and chairs. Unit 1444 has two full size couches....with one being a king size, possibly a queen....Sofa bed. This unit easily sleeps 6, along with 2 bathrooms. Highly recommend Waikiki Beach Rentals when booking your stay in Waikiki.

Ilikai 1444 - Great apartment, views over lagoon, sea & marina were great. Amazing to be sitting on the deck watching the Hilton Hawaiian Fireworks. Apartment has been very well maintained & suited our family of 5 perfectly. Good location with most tour buses & shuttles stopping right outside.
Ilikai 1444 - 'm just leaving a four night stay at room 1444. I can't say enough good things about the condo. The views are to die for and the condo is large, tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well-stocked with all the necessities. The location was perfect for us (just enough action without being congested!) and the access to the Lagoon right outside the condo was amazing. The owners were very receptive and even granted a late checkout as there was no one booked the following day. This made the last day so relaxing as my flight was not until quite late. I will certainly book this condo again if my travels take me back to Oahu!
Ilikai 1444 - We just returned home from a wonderful vacation, we stayed in unit 1444, it was magnificent! The condo is just beautuful, modern and very spacious. The view from every room is breathtaking. The Ilikai is on the quiet end of Waikiki which is just what we wanted. We were close to the action, but at the end of the day returning to the condo and the views of the ocean and marina was so relaxing. The condo has everything you need, the worst part was leaving. Thank you Waikiki beach rentals and the owner of this condo. You were very easy to work with and very quick to respond to my questions. I can honestly say this was by far one of the best vacations we have ever had. Your home is lovely. We will be back someday!
Thank you very much for the wonderful stay in Ilikai Apartment 1444. We have just returned home from a 16 night stay in the Hawaiian Islands, we stayed 7 nights in Ilikai Apartment 1444 in November at the end of our Holiday. What a great apartment and what a fantastic view. Could not find any faults with this clean, modern and very comfortable apartment. We had just done the 7 night Cruise on Pride of America so it was nice to be able to quietly relax with some home comforts. Everything you needed was in the apartment down to beach chairs and boogie boards. The location is fantastic, still close enough to everything with only a 5 – 10 minute walk to all the main shopping and restaurants but just out of the hustle and bustle. It was so good to be able to have some quiet meals on the cheap in comfort. The convenience store in the Lobby was very handy. The view for the Friday night fireworks is priceless. You will not be disappointed if you choose this apartment. Thanks for making our last week so great, can’t wait till we can come back to such a beautiful and friendly place, Mahalo
We loved our stay in Ilikai condo 1444. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was full size, so we could decide to cook or eat out. The view from the balcony was the best, with lagoon view and marine view. We had prime viewing every Friday and Tuesday night for the fireworks at the lagoon. We were perfectly situated between the Ala Moana shopping centre and the main shopping strip in Waikiki and we could walk to both. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, you could easily get by without a car. My family had a fabulous holiday and I would recommend this unit, we will definitely come back and stay here, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
I have just spent a week with my family at the Ilikai unit 1444. It was fabulous, the unit had the best view - overlooking the lagoon and marina and it was quiet. We had prime viewing of the fireworks on Tuesday and Friday nights. The unit itself had everything we needed and more, it was clean, well appointed, modern and also in the best location for shopping- in between Ala Moana shopping centre and the main shopping strip in Waikiki. You can book tours directly from the tour desk in the lobby and you can also hire cars from there. There are shops on the ground floor, ATMs and cafes for coffee or meals. Walks at night are safe and it was nice and warm for a stroll. If you do not want to cook, eateries and restaurants are all within walking distance. Booking into and out of the condo was simple and there were no problems. You can organise early bookings or late checkouts if no one has the condo booked. I would recommend the condos at Ilikai to anyone and Waikiki beach rentals made it all easy
Unit 1444 was the perfect unit for myself & my close friends. The 2 Terrence's were ideal for overlooking both the turquoise water of the Pacific Ocean and the Luau at the Hilton Hotel!! I woke up every morning seeing sunshine, surfers and the inviting blue sea. If I have the privilege of returning to Oahu, I would definitely return to the same unit.
We really enjoyed our stay at condo 1444 in the Ilikai. The 2 BR unit was perfect for the 4 of us for 5 nights. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon and the location is very convenient for the beach and Waikiki shopping and restaurants. The decor was very nice. Overall, a great unit for a vacation.
My family stayed in unit 1444 for 4 nights in January. This unit is stunning. There are views in all directions, marina, ocean and city. The beautiful lanais invite you to sit and relax and enjoy. The unit is very large, two comfortable bedrooms and a big living room, dining room and kitchen. Well stocked with all the basics an apartment needs and tastefully decorated. If you compare this to what you would pay for an equivalent size hotel room with even half of the view, it is an incredible bargain. It really feels like your own home, but with the amenities of a hotel and a few minute walk to everything. the site is very responsive and organized as well, so the booking and payment process to the owner is smooth and easy. I have stayed in around 1/2 a dozen condos and hotels in Honolulu and this is by far the best place I have stayed. 5 stars, two thumbs up, highly recommended.
