Great Parking Options for (Ilikai) Guests
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash and credit cards.
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel directly if you need this.
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $28 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - The condo was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the city and a partial view of the marina and ocean.s
(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for our needs. The sounds from the street below was the only issue. It was pretty loud at times. That’s probably because we are early risers and early to bed people. However, the view from the lanai was wonderful. We had a satisfying and relaxing stay. Mahalos!
(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - I love the Ilikai. Perfect location, so much better than central Waikiki. The building's solidity (never heard a neighbor once) and its informal elegance, which doesn't feel dated despite the building's age. I also loved the Waikikibeachrentals setup, interface and organization. Everything just works right-- you get your door code and you take the elevator up to your vacation home. And that's what it felt like, a home. Public spaces were comfortable, agreeable places to hang out, stores and the restaurant were OK values for HNL. Super convenient washing machines and garbage/recycling on every floor. City side condo only gets direct sun in the mornings so you don't need to run the AC all day. And with a corner unit, once the sun goes down just open up both lanais and a wonderful cross breeze blows all the way through. Just one single negative when everything else was great: it's time for the owner to upgrade the mattresses. For young people it won't be a problem, but older folks or those who are accustomed to actual hotel-quality bedding may be in for a touch of back pain, especially in the second BR. Didn't diminish our enjoyment though.

(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - Great condo! Our family of four (all adults) stayed in this condo over Christmas. The condo was very comfortable and we felt we had enough private space. The 2nd bedroom had an accordion door that could be used for additional privacy which was great. Kitchen was fully equipped. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The building is at the quite end of Waikiki but an easy walk to restaurants. Car rental was right across the street. About a 15 minute walk to grocery stores or Walmart. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were out and about so did not have a chance to enjoy the pool or building facilities but everything looked wonderful. I would highly recommend this unit.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - A great apartment in a super location, particularly with young children in the family. Stayed for 10 nights recently; the apartment is spacious and well laid out - it housed 4 adults & 2 young children very easily! The hotel location is great, just a short distance away from the busy-ness of central Waikiki, so a bit quieter, and the options of the lagoon or a slightly less crowded part of the beach for the children’s swimming was great. The unit was clean and very well equipped. Would definitely recommend it & would book again if we ever return to Hawaii. Thanks

(Ilikai) Unit # 1609 - Just come back from lovely holiday for our 50th wedding anniversary, Unit was ideally situated,at end of the floor, so very spacious, we could walk to Alo Moana shopping centre, which was great, the lagoon to swim in was lovely and only a couple of minutes walk along a walkway, trolley buses stopped outside door, beach was good but a bit rocky in the shallows, you need coral shoes , restaurants close by, we had it all thank you Ilikai.
