This condo is direct oceanfront and has been totally remodeled with only the best materials and had a brand new Mitsubishi Split AC system installed to replace the old one in September 2018 so keeping cool is a breeze.
Full size granite kitchen with all full size stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove, oven microwave and the the equipment to cook gourmet meals.
The large living area has a large HD flat screen TV, DVD, work desk with free high speed internet and great comfortable furniture to make your stay in Hawaii a memorable one.
This unit has 2 double beds and a futon sofa bed (2021) can sleep 1 adult.
The Ilikai is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Ala Moana shopping center mall [which features the Foodland grocery store], Ala Moana Beach Park, the Hawaii Convention Center and the many hotels, restaurants and shops of central Waikiki.
The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service.

Lagoon Parking:
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on
the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but
open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed
right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1
an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose
any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash
and credit cards.
Ilikai Resort Valet Parking:
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $28 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time.
Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
Ilikai Bell Captain:
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or
when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
Long Term Parking (2 month min):
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay
of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon
arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel
directly if you need this.
Red Lobster Parking:
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $23 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.

This is the third time we have chosen the Ilikai and have just returned from staying in Unit 2129 which was great. The unit is just as advertised, clean, and updated. The view over the marina was amazing and we sat on the lanai with our morning coffee or a glass of wine each evening. We prefer being out of the very centre of Waikiki which is so busy but it was also very accessible and an enjoyable walk mostly along the walkway in front of the ocean. The Ilikai is close enough to enjoy walks around Magic Island, to Ala Moana Shopping Centre, and into Waikiki for Happy Hours and dinners although the kitchen is well equipped if you choose to cook at home. A car isn't necessary unless you choose to rent one to tour the island. We went to the beach in front of the Hilton and it is beautiful. The keyless entry door was so easy and convenient.

Ilikai 2129 - We stayed here for 12 nights. Condo was spacious for the three of us. Everything was in perfect working order. Was great to be only a 10 - 15 minute walk from the main Waikiki and less than 10 minutes to the Alamoana Shopping center. We were always the 1st or 2nd to be picked up for tours. The pool was the perfect temperature and no issues at all getting a lounger at any time of the day. Very close to the beach and lagoon area for fireworks on Friday. Would most certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I would just like to pass on our thanks for the wonderful Ilikai 2129 apartment we stayed in during our stay in Waikiki. We had the best time, the apartment was really clean and well furnished, we really felt at home during our two week stay. It was really convenient having our own kitchen especially the huge fridge!! The Ilikai building is so well maintained and clean and the staff were all very friendly. We will be back hopefully the same time next year. I just wanted to pass on my thanks to yourself and Fred, we have stayed in Waikiki before and will never stay elsewhere again! I will also be sure to pass on my recommendations to other people who are travelling to Waikiki. Once again thanks, can’t wait to be back again!

Ilikai 2129 - We stayed in Unit 2129 in November. We arrived at night and were immediately hit with the outstanding view. It was all we could do to leave the lanai and go to bed and couldn't wait to wake up and have breakfast out there. The beds were comfy. The air conditioner was quiet and was fantastic as it was exceptionally hot weather while we were there. There were lots of towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper available to use, they also had a tiny bottle of dish soap and a sponge for washing dishes. If I had to be critical I would say that it could use a new kettle in the kitchen, and maybe a nicer coffee maker and it's almost time for a new paint job. The unit was relativity quiet depending on the people around you, we did have a few people who didn't care about others but it was only a couple times and usually just for a short amount of time (I should also add it was more of yelling on their deck or kids slamming doors, not inside noise) we could not hear anyone in their unit. Check in/check out was a breeze as long as you have all your information you enter a code and that's it. The building is beautiful with just a short walk to the beach or Hilton Lagoon. The restaurant downstairs was awesome, good breakfast and we loved the weekend buffet. Car rentals are very close by if you need a car. The sunsets every night was the highlight of our day. I can't say enough about it, it was a pleasure and we will be back for sure.
