This unit has 2 double beds and another can sleep on the sofa bed and this unit does have a sliding privacy wall that can close off the bed area.
Full kitchen with dishwasher and disposal, free internet and free calls to USA and Canada. The owners visit often and therefore the kitchen has everything you'll need, and maintenance is performed on a regular basis.
There is also a 50" flat screen smart TV and Blueray DVD player. A whisper quiet split AC unit cools the unit.
The tiled lanai is 120sf and has great views of the surfers, lagoon, Friday night fireworks, Hilton Luau, pools, waterfalls and so much more.
This condo is in a prime location, adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and close to shopping by day at the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the convention center or the bustling night life of the Waikiki strip, you are close to it all. The lobby and property entry has the feeling of the Hawaiian Ohana (spirit). Steps away is Waikiki Beach and the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon.
The Ilikai is literally steps from the beach and includes a pool, bellman and valet service and Cinnamons Restaurant famous for their breakfast on the foyer level.

Great Parking Options for (Ilikai) Guests
The Ilikai back foyer has a ramp that drops you right on the lagoon on the ocean side. You can park free on the left side during the day for up to 6 hours. These spaces always fill up with surfers during the day but open up throughout the day. There is no parking after 10:30pm in the free parking area. All cars are towed right at 10:30pm sharp so don't forget your car there.
Directly across from the free parking spaces there are numbered paid parking stalls that you can use for $1 an hour. Park in any stall and purchase your ticket from the machine at the entrance to the lot by can choose any amount of hours you want. You can choose any amount of hours you want for your stall. The machines take cash and credit cards.
Valet parking is available 24/7 and is $45 a day with in/out privileges, of course you must tip for each time. Please check the rate on arrival. No reservations needed. Just arrive anytime and valet staff is on duty.
The bell captain or valets can assist you with your bags and deliver them to your room when you arrive or when you leave. Tip is usually $1-$2 per bag.
If you wish to rent an underground parking stall on a monthly basis, the rate is $250 a month, minimum stay of 2 months (based on availability) to qualify plus a $25 non refundable activation fee. Make sure upon arrival you ask valet about this. Sometimes the hotel will not offer long-term parking so best to call the hotel directly if you need this.
Across the street on the west side on Hobron Lane is Red Lobster. There is a parking garage located there that offers parking for $28 per day. Please check rates upon arrival.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - Unit was clean, perfectly arranged & very comfortable. We enjoyed Friday night Fireworks from the accommodating lani. As always, staff was available to help with issues that arise. Enjoy!
(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - We have now stayed twice at the Ilikai and we love these apartments. Our recent stay was in apartment 1312 and it was fabulous. Great views and very comfortable beds. I recommend the Ilikai to all my friends who travel to Waikiki.

(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - Our stay at unit 1312 was absolutely fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. A starter pack of tea/coffee would have been nice after arriving on a very early morning flight but no issue. The ocean views were just beautiful. Would highly recommend. Mahalo!
(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - I like it a lot, and my family really enjoy it a lot too. Our rooms really have good views to the ocean and firework, unlike some other advertisement which are always exaggerating. It has everything we want. Good location, close to the beach, airport, shopping area, sight seeing, etc. There is even a supermarket inside the condo building, and kids are safe in the building. The front lobby is pretty, and backyard is comfortable enough. If they can remodel the swimming pool, this place will be excellent. All in all, I can't wait to go back.
(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ilikai 1312 for 4 nights Sept/Oct. It was amazing from the view to the fully equipped apartment, close to everything including buses etc at front door, fireworks on Friday night. We were also lucky to be able to get an early book in & a late book out without any problem.

(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - We had a great time in your (Ilikai 1312) condo! It was clean, plenty large enough for four people, kitchen well equipped, and beautifully furnished. Beds were comfortable and the view was amazing without having to pay a ridiculous amount for basically the same view from a hotel. The grounds were amazing, beautiful, and well kept. Great central location for the many activities that anyone would want to do on Oahu. Only downside was parking as in the cost and availability. However with the bus system and many things right near you, a car isn't totally necessary although we enjoyed having ours. I would recommend your condo to anyone and would love to return some day. Thank you for a great accommodation at a great price!
(Ilikai) Unit # 1312 - I stayed here two years ago and it was beautiful. I really like the location and you can buy groceries close by.
